Trip Under sets exactly one kind of cookie: Google Analytics. No login cookies (there's no login), no cart cookies (nothing is sold), no ad-tracking cookies. Your trip planner inputs are held in your browser's local storage, not a cookie, and never leave your device.

These are set the moment the page loads, before any interaction — there's no cookie banner because there's no non-essential tracking to ask permission for beyond this aggregate analytics, which Google's own consent framework covers under legitimate interest for basic measurement in most jurisdictions. If your browser or an extension blocks these, the site works identically; nothing is gated behind them.
What's stored without being a cookie
Your trip planner settings (starting city, dates, days, party size, budget) and, if you've toggled it, your dark/light theme preference are saved in your browser's localStorage so they're remembered if you come back — this data never leaves your device and Trip Under's servers never see it.
How to block or clear cookies
Every browser lets you block or clear cookies from its settings (usually under Privacy / Site settings). To specifically opt out of Google Analytics across every site that uses it, install Google's Analytics Opt-out browser add-on.
