Refund and cancellation policy

Trip Under is run by Gokulnath, an individual based in Tamil Nadu, India. Our products are digital PDFs delivered instantly, so orders cannot be cancelled once the file is delivered. We still want you to be happy with what you bought.

We refund in full when

• You paid but did not receive the download link, and we cannot send it within 48 hours of your email.
• The file is damaged or will not open, and we cannot send a working copy.
• You were charged twice for the same product.
• The PDF is clearly not the product described on its page (for example, the wrong country).

How to ask

Email hello@tripunder.com within 7 days of purchase with your payment ID and the reason. We reply within 2 working days.

When you get the money back

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay, usually within 5-7 working days. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Not refundable

• Change of mind after the file was downloaded.
• Changes to prices, timetables or rules after the date the itinerary was checked.
• A visa refusal: the consulate decides on your whole application.
