Terms of sale

Trip Under is run by Gokulnath, an individual based in Tamil Nadu, India ("we"). These terms apply when you buy a digital product on tripunder.com. Contact: hello@tripunder.com.
What we sell
- Itinerary PDFs: day-by-day trip plans (for example "Japan itinerary 7 days") as a downloadable PDF file. The first two days of each plan are free to read on the website before you buy.
- Visa itinerary PDFs: a formatted travel itinerary made from the trip details you enter.
All products are digital. Nothing is shipped.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the product page before you pay. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay; we never see or store your card details. Your bank or card issuer may add currency conversion or foreign transaction charges.
Delivery
After a successful payment the PDF downloads straight away, and you get a download link that works for 7 days. Razorpay emails you a receipt with your payment ID; enter it at tripunder.com/itineraries/download for a new link any time. If anything goes wrong, email us with your payment ID and we will send the file.
Personal use
The PDF is for your own trip planning. Please do not resell, publish or share the file.
Accuracy
Prices, timetables and entry rules were checked against the sources listed in each itinerary on the date shown. They change, so confirm before you book. Trip Under is not a travel agency and does not book anything for you.
Visa itineraries
We are not a visa agent or a law firm. A visa itinerary lays out the bookings you enter; it does not guarantee a visa. The consulate decides on your whole application. Do not use invented or dummy bookings.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.
